A day in the Park
The weather today was perfect. A truly ideal day for lounging at the park. The sun was out but the cool crisp air of fall remained.
As I walked down the park, I noticed an old man, sitting alone at a picnic table, playing his accordion. I was overcome with a surge of happiness as the music filled the surrounding area.
He turned his head as i walked up to his table
"Do you mind if i sit here",
I said.
"Why of course not love, I'd enjoy the company"
He replied with his adorable British accent.
Basking in the sun of the day, I spend the remainder of my lunch break being serenaded by music enjoying the sights smells and overall nostalgic ora that hung in the air of the Riverfront Park.
Never have i ever had a more glorious lunch break.
What a funny old fellow, I wish he was my Grandfather
